Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to reservations, purchases, and experiences offered by Wild Orchard Canada, doing business as Camp Howdy and The Organic Tearoom (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or completing a reservation or purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Information
Legal business name: Wild Orchard Canada Inc.
Business names: Camp Howdy and The Organic Tearoom
Business address: 3000 Camp Howdy Road, Belcarra, BC

2. Reservations, Tickets and Payment
Advance reservations or ticket purchases may be required for certain dining experiences, festivals, events, and activities. Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, service fees, processing fees, and any additional charges will be disclosed before payment. A booking or ticket purchase is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation or ticket has been issued.
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate booking and contact information. Please review all relevant details, including the experience description, date, time, location, number of guests, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions before completing your purchase.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than seven calendar days before the reservation and no-shows are non-refundable.
To cancel, please email us at the address provided in your booking confirmation. Your cancellation is effective from the time we receive your email. Please include the booking name, reservation date, and reservation time.
A reduction in the number of guests is treated as a partial cancellation and is subject to the same policy. Guest substitutions are welcome at no additional charge, but please notify us by email before the reservation.
Guest-requested date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation under this policy unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
If we cancel an experience, affected guests may choose a full refund or, when available, transfer their reservation to another date. We are not responsible for related travel or other personal expenses.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights provided under applicable law.
4. Arrival and No-Shows
Please arrive at the time stated in your confirmation. Late arrival may shorten the experience so that service can finish as scheduled. Late arrivals, missed reservations, and unused portions of an experience are not eligible for a refund.
Guests are responsible for allowing enough travel time to reach the venue. Weather or transportation delays do not automatically qualify for a refund unless we cancel the experience.
5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
Food and dining experiences may feature set menus, pre-selected meals, or limited menu options. We may be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, substitutions, or individual preferences unless arrangements have been confirmed by us in writing before the reservation or event.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, soy, and other ingredients. While we take reasonable precautions in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that any food or beverage is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Guests must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before making a reservation or purchasing tickets, and again upon arrival. Guests are responsible for reviewing the available menu information and determining whether our food offerings are suitable for their dietary needs.
6. Experience Changes and Availability
Menus, ingredients, schedules, and experience details may change when reasonably necessary due to seasonality, availability, safety, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience and communicate material changes to affected guests.
All reservations are subject to availability and capacity limits. We may refuse or cancel a reservation in cases of payment failure, inaccurate booking information, suspected fraud, safety concerns, abusive conduct, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Guest Conduct and Property
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, the venue, and the surrounding natural environment. We may ask a guest to leave if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or damaging. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Guests are responsible for loss or damage they cause to the venue or its property. Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility.
8. Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but errors or omissions may occasionally occur. Images are illustrative, and actual menu items, presentation, or surroundings may vary. If a material error affects a confirmed purchase, we will contact you to offer an appropriate correction, alternative, or refund.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Wix, payment processors, maps, social media platforms, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or participation in an experience. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect when a reservation is completed will normally apply to that reservation, unless a change is required by law or agreed to with the guest. The effective date shown above identifies the latest version.
14. Governing Law
